RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery of your merchandise, subject to our return policy. You can exchange your product for a different Brooklyn Bandit product or request a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note that once your return or exchange item is received, it could take up to five (5) business days for it to be processed.

OUR POLICY

Return Period

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the time of delivery of your item to return or exchange your item.

Condition

All products need to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition, and include the branded packaging (shoe box and dust bags) to receive a full refund or exchange. We recommend trying on your shoes indoors, on a protected surface (like a carpet) to protect the outsoles from scuffing. Footwear that shows any visible wear cannot be returned or exchanged – any such items will be rejected and returned to the sender. Additionally, any attempted returns or exchanges in a damaged shoebox or without the original branded packaging (shoebox + dust bag) cannot be accepted and will be sent back.

Method

We ask that you use the provided return label to send any items back to us. Brooklyn Bandit is not liable for any goods that are not returned in this way. 

Return Processing Time

We require a five-day (5-day) processing time from the moment we receive your return or exchange. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
